Registered Physiotherapist – Pelvic Health
Amy began her post-secondary education at Wilfrid Laurier University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Kinesiology. She then went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy at McMaster University. Since graduating, Amy has continued to show a passion for learning and has taken advanced courses in pelvic health, acupuncture, and low back pain. She began her career practicing in an orthopaedic setting, and then transitioned to working with clients with pelvic health concerns.
Amy is passionate about working with individuals to address their pelvic health needs, and enjoys providing a comprehensive approach to treatment including tailored exercise programs, education, lifestyle modification, and manual therapy. Amy is committed to empowering her clients and giving them the necessary tools to manage their symptoms and meet their goals, whatever they may be! Amy specializes in treating women with pelvic health concerns such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary dysfunction, and diastasis recti.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys practicing yoga, running, baking, and reading.
