Fall 2013 MBSR courses now open for registration!
The summer session of our 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is in full swing and as a result of the great response, we will be offering two course options in the Fall.
1) The first course will take place every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm starting on October 16th and ending on December 4, 2013. A one day retreat will take place on Saturday October 23rd. All class participants are required to attend an orientation session on Wednesday October 9th from 6:30-8pm.
2) The second course will take place every Monday from 6:30-8:30pm starting on October 28th and ending on December 16th, 2013. A one day retreat will take place on Saturday December 7th. All class participants are required to attend an orientation session on Monday October 21st from 6:30-8pm.
Orientation is free of charge and gives you a firsthand taste of mindfulness, a chance to better understand the program and an opportunity to meet the course instructor, Jaisa Sulit.
Cost: $200 for 21 hours of direct instruction + $50 for course materials
