If you’re interested in taking better care of yourself, exploring a deeper sense of ease and are willing to actively engage in your own health and wellbeing, then consider taking the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshop.
Registration is now open for our winter session of MBSR.
Date and Time: 6:30-8:30pm every Wednesday from January 15-March 5, 2014 with a one day retreat on Saturday February 2, 2014.
Location: Proactive Pelvic Health Centre, 863 Broadview Ave.
Cost: $225 for 21 hours of direct instruction + $50 for course materials.
