Spring 2019 Workshops are Here!
Chronic Pelvic Pain Workshop
Do you have pelvic pain? Pain with intercourse? Pain that affects your quality of life? If so, consider joining our pelvic pain workshop, taking place at the clinic on May 4, 2019.
During this three-hour workshop, we will discuss how chronic pain works in the body; then, we will explore how this understanding may help us to identify the factors contributing to our pain. Participants will also be introduced to cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness, two strategies shown to be a powerful force in managing pain and chronic stress.
‘ME Day’ returns this Spring
Due to popular demand, ME day returns this Spring! This will be an excellent introduction to help you integrate Mindfulness practices into your day to day life.
Space is limited so sign up today by emailing us at info@proactiveph.com
