Beth Safarian, PT Msc. PT, BSc.

Registered Physiotherapist – Pelvic Health

Beth obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University, followed by her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Beth developed a special interest in pelvic health during her schooling, and began her training with Pelvic Health Solutions immediately after graduating. She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and its Women’s Health Division.

Beth treats all genders for a variety of pelvic health conditions, including: incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis, vaginismus/dyspareunia, urinary frequency/urgency and pelvic pain. She has experience in treating patient populations such as prenatal, postpartum, postmenopausal, post-prostatectomy and persistent pelvic pain. She has taken a variety of specialized courses addressing the female athlete, pregnancy, menopause, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis and pudendal neuralgia. Beth’s treatment style focuses on enhancing body awareness and building self-efficacy. She encourages her patients to become actively involved in their rehabilitation, and ultimately achieve their pelvic health goals.
